Job Summary:

Account Manager Contract Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide effective staffing solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of contract staffing services.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure qualified candidates are submitted and deployed as per client requirements.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular account performance reports and business reviews to clients and leadership.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing in alignment with company policies.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to help shape staffing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with client agreements, legal, and contractual obligations.
• Support new client onboarding processes and transition plans as needed.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in staffing or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in account management specifically for contract staffing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large client accounts and growing revenue.
• Strong understanding of IT and non-IT contract staffing markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with VMS/MSP clients.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in staffing.
• Proficiency in using ATS/CRM tools.
