Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt and accurate submission of candidate profiles to clients for review.
  • Follow up on submissions and monitor progress while maintaining transparent communication.
  • Supervise the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate screening.
  • Establish performance targets, evaluate team achievements, and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Analyze and optimize client submission data to improve recruitment strategies proactively.
