This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Chhindwara. Additionally, the Account Manager will address client issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

Strong skills in client relationship management and communication
Experience in account management, including performance analysis and reporting
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives
Problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve client issues
Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
