About The Opportunity

Operating in the Advertising & Media sector, this role sits at the intersection of integrated brand marketing and performance-driven digital media. The team delivers end-to-end advertising solutions across digital, social, search, programmatic, and offline channels for national and regional brands.We are seeking an Advertising Account Manager to be based on-site in India to own client relationships, drive campaign strategy, and ensure flawless execution and measurable business outcomes.Role & Responsibilities
  • Act as primary client contact: build trusted relationships, translate business goals into advertising objectives, and drive retention and growth.
  • Develop and oversee campaign strategy and media plans across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with KPIs and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media buying, analytics, ad-ops) to deliver timely assets, trafficking, and campaign launch.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize deliveryimplement A/B tests, pacing adjustments, and creative/messaging iterations to improve ROI.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven performance reports and present campaign insights and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage commercial processes including proposals, campaign billing, forecasting, and upsell/expansion opportunities to meet revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Proven experience managing advertising accounts within an agency or client-side marketing team.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital channels: search, display, social, and programmatic media.
  • Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager for campaign setup and optimization.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Excel; translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience coordinating media buying and ad-ops workflows and working with DSPs or programmatic platforms.
  • Strong client-facing and project management capabilities with attention to timelines and deliverables.

Preferred

  • Certifications such as Google Ads or Display & Video 360.
  • Experience with CRM or proposal platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Prior exposure to large brand campaigns, multi-market rollouts, or integrated media strategies.
