About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an Account Management Associate Intern. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. You will support client interactions, assist in gathering requirements, help prepare documentation, and coordinate with internal technical teams. You will also play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, arranging demos, and facilitating a seamless handover to the delivery team—while contributing to building long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in client onboarding and maintain updates in the CRM.
  • Support requirement-gathering meetings and prepare basic notes.
  • Help create proposals, SOWs, and other client documents.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for demos and project kickoff.
  • Follow up with clients for meetings, updates, and payments.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and support sales with leads and follow-ups.
  • Help schedule interviews and share profiles for resource-based projects.
  • Keep documentation organized and support basic reporting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates with 0 to 6 months of internship experience preferred.
  • MBA/BBA with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or relevant fields.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to prepare basic documents and manage follow-ups.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
  • Bonus: knowledge of Salesforce, IT services, or project coordination.
  • Proactive, positive, and good at building relationships.
