Account Head

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time, on-site Account Head at MOHANLAL SHANKARLAL AGRO FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED in Ramtek. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts, and implementing accounting processes. In addition, you will be involved in strategic financial planning, analyzing financial data, and effectively managing the team to achieve organizational objectives. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the financial health and compliance of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements and manage accounts - Implement accounting processes and systems - Conduct strategic financial planning - Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations - Manage the team effectively to meet organizational goals Qualifications: - MBA/CPA in finance or accounting preferred - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data - Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements - Expertise in account management and developing efficient accounting systems - Team management skills to lead and collaborate effectively - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Prior experience in the agro-food or related industry is advantageous,
