CA
with
minimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience
.
Must have worked in a managerial position
, handling the
entire Accounts & Finance Department
.
Experience in a
Listed or Private Limited Company
is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of
Audit, Taxation, GST, SEBI, and Stock Exchange Regulations
.
Proven experience in
banking operations, credit facilities, and compliance reporting
.
Self-driven, proactive
, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.
In-depth understanding of
Company Law, MCA procedures, SEBI regulations, and XBRL filing
.
Excellent
drafting and communication skills
for legal, audit, and secretarial documentation.
Ability to handle
multiple entities
(Listed, Limited & Private Limited).
