Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GST, TDS, book-keeping, reconciliations, and accounting software like Tally and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
• Handle GST filings, returns, and reconciliation.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filings.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in Tally ERP.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly and annual closings.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Experience in book-keeping and account reconciliations.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
