Job Description

Accounts Executive

advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process
invoices
and
billing
accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform
data entry
for financial and accounting records.
Manage
accounts payable
, including vendor payments and expense tracking.
Handle
Purchase Orders (PO)
and
Purchase Requisitions (PR)
creation, tracking, and coordination.
Knwoledge/ Experience with
Store Receipt Notes (SRN)
and
Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
to match goods received with invoices.
Support
manual accounting
entries and maintain documentation.
Maintain and update records in
SAP or similar ERP systems
.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice or payment queries.
Assist in report preparation and ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.

Mandatory Skills:

Invoicing & Billing
Data Entry
Accounts Payable
Vendor Management
PO & PR Processing

Preferred / Plus Skills:

Knowledge of
SRN & GRN
SAP system knowledge
or experience would be plus
Exposure to
manual accounting
practices
Strong understanding of accounting documentation flow
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and accounting tools
