About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management professional with experience across both mainline and digital advertising. In this role, you’ll act as the crucial link between the client and internal teams—ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns, strengthening relationships, and contributing to strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Act as the day-to-day liaison for assigned clients Translate client goals into clear, actionable briefs Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to deliver high-impact work Manage project timelines, budgets, feedback loops, and approvals Participate in campaign strategy and brand planning discussions Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports Keep abreast of trends in advertising, both ATL and digital Requirements: Minimum 2 years of agency experience in client servicing/account management Hands-on experience with mainline (TVC, Print, Radio, OOH) and digital (social media, content, performance) campaigns Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Strong project management and multitasking abilities Educational background in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields Show more Show less
