Job Description

Accounts Executive is focused on managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. Accounts Executives are also responsible for working closely with other departments to maintain financial compliance, GST, TDS Talley Sap assist with budgeting, and address any discrepancies in financial records

Job Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely updates.
Process transactions, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
Coordinate with clients for account-related queries and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Reconcile account discrepancies and work to resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of accounts.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain and update account details in the system.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Previous experience in an accounts-related role.
Knowledge of Tally, SAP, or other accounting software is a plus
