Job Description

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting overall financial operations to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses against budget.

Process vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and ensure timely payments.

Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Support management with accurate financial data for decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Tally/ERP preferred).

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Education & Experience:

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience: 13 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Software: Experience with Tally ERP / SAP / any accounting ERP.Role & responsibilities
