Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in New Delhi. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with other departments to meet client needs. The role also involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and contributing to the company's sales strategy.

• Account Management and Client Relationship skills
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and preparing sales reports
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's in commerce
