Location: Satyam's Sun Products Pvt. Ltd., Unit No-104, 106, 206, 207 Ganga SDF Complex, Phase - ll, KASEZ, Gandhidham - Kachchh

Job Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and preparing reports using Tally software. The role involves managing accounts payable/receivable, assisting in financial reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions in Tally ERP (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.).
• Maintain ledgers, journals, and other accounting records accurately.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements regularly.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Generate financial statements and management reports from Tally.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
