Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support our Finance & Logistics operations. The role primarily involves data entry in Tally Prime, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with logistics coordination to ensure smooth movement of goods. The candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounts, billing, inventory, and dispatch-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Data Entry

• Enter purchase, sales, journal, and expense vouchers accurately in Tally Prime.
• Prepare and maintain daily cash, bank, and petty cash records.
• Process invoices, debit/credit notes, and purchase orders.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.
• Assist in preparation of GST workings, TDS entries, and other statutory compliances.
• Generate MIS reports from Tally as required by management.

Logistics & Coordination

• Prepare e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport-related documentation.
• Coordinate with transporters, courier companies, and logistics partners for timely dispatches.
• Track inward & outward stock movement and update Tally inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation for material receipts and dispatches.

General Support

• Support in monthly closing of accounts.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary data and documents.
• Maintain systematic filing of invoices, vouchers, and transport records.
• Any other finance/logistics-related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing / assembly unit.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally Prime
• MS Excel & MS Office (basic to intermediate level).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and e-way bill generation.
• Soft Skills:
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication & coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
