Job Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue by managing corporate, travel, and group accounts while building long-term relationships with clients. This role focuses on sales growth, client retention, and promoting hotel services to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage corporate, government, travel agent, and group accounts
  • Generate new business through sales calls, networking, site inspections, and market research
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, rate agreements, and proposals
  • Conduct hotel site inspections and presentations for potential clients
  • Coordinate with reservations, front office, and banquet teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate client records, reports, and forecasts
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales events, and networking functions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategie

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
