Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and familiarity with accounting best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Zoho Books, including invoices, bills, payments, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and review financial reports, GST filings, and TDS returns.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required.
• Generate and analyze financial data for management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other Zoho applications is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the HoReCa or B2B supply industry (added advantage).
• Familiarity with Zoho Inventory or Zoho CRM integration.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹10,836.67 - ₹29,334.60 per month
