Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive based in Goa. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying business opportunities. Daily tasks include maintaining client communication, preparing reports, assisting in contract renewals, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves collaborating with various internal teams to meet company and client objectives.

Qualifications

Client relationship management, customer service, and account management skills
Experience in preparing reports, handling contract renewals, and identifying business opportunities
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
