The company operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with an advanced automated production line dedicated to the manufacture of high-quality culture media. With a focus on precision and innovation, Maat Biotech aims to meet the needs of the diagnostic and healthcare sectors with world-class products and solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajasthan, India, for an Account Executive. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining and building strong client relationships, tracking sales metrics, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports. Additional responsibilities include pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategies to expand market presence, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in customer relationship management and account management
Strong skills in sales strategy, business development, and achieving performance targets
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Proven organizational and time management expertise, with attention to detail
Familiarity with the healthcare or biotech industry is an advantage
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
