Account Executive

As an Account Executive at LimeChat, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end sales process, focusing on D2C brands. Your responsibilities will include qualifying leads, understanding business needs, and demonstrating how LimeChat's AI solutions can address these needs effectively. You will manage leads and build pipelines by conducting discovery calls, updating the CRM system to monitor pipeline progress, and tracking key metrics. Additionally, you will conduct tailored product demos, collaborate with internal teams on proposals, and drive the negotiation and contract closure process. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential, as you will work closely with the Onboarding/Customer Success team for a seamless post-closure handover. Providing feedback to various teams and representing LimeChat at industry events will also be part of your role. Maintaining accurate deal forecasting, tracking performance metrics, and sharing updates with sales leadership are crucial aspects of the role. Success will be measured by meeting revenue targets, shortening sales cycles, increasing contract value, and ensuring high client satisfaction post-sales. To excel in this role, you should have 1-4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in D2C or martech, strong communication skills, knowledge of sales frameworks like BANT, and experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
