Account Executive Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage invoices for clients and vendors accurately and on time
• Handle all aspects of GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, and returns
• Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and supporting records
• Track accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in preparing financial statements
• Maintain and update financial data in accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)
• Support internal audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations
• Coordinate with external consultants and auditors for tax filings and statutory compliance
• Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and MIS reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting/finance roles
• Strong hands-on experience in invoice making, TDS, and GST handling
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, taxation laws, and compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
