Job Title: Account Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Account Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounting and financial functions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
2. Taxation: Compute taxes and file returns for GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other applicable taxes.
3. Income Tax Returns: Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and provide necessary company documents for audits.
4. Financial Reporting: Generate periodic reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial statements.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications like CA, ICWA, or CMA preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
3. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Personal Qualities:
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
