Job Description

We are looking for a Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. You will also assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Identify prospective clients with prospecting, cold calling, and networking strategies.
Sustain strong relations with existing clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with various departments to create and implement sales strategies and meet sales targets.
Negotiate favorable contracts and agreements with clients to ensure the satisfaction of both parties.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors.
Prepare sales presentations and showcase the benefits of the product to prospective customers.
Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies and initiatives.
