Account Executive

Role Overview: As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to convert qualified leads/prospects into clients by influencing and convincing them over sales calls. Your focus will be on selling Insurance Services, Accounting Services, and Business Intelligence solutions. Your role necessitates B2B sales experience in the USA, Canada, and UK markets along with strong forecasting skills. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements to suggest the best solutions. - Develop sales strategies to onboard new clients. - Address objections effectively to gain client confidence and close deals. - Provide detailed sales proposals including service information, pricing, policies, and best practices. - Share relevant testimonials and references for building trust. - Explain company services effectively on calls to generate client interest. - Follow up with clients timely after sales calls. - Conduct team meetings with operations head to discuss client requirements. - Arrange introductory calls with clients to introduce the staff. - Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain account health. - Collaborate with internal teams for finding growth opportunities. - Share feedback with the SDR team on lead quality and conduct meetings to improve industry challenges. Qualifications: - Proven B2B sales experience in the USA, Canada, and UK markets. - Experience in selling Insurance Services, Accounting Services, and Business Intelligence solutions. - Strong forecasting experience. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills. - Experience in insurance and accounting & bookkeeping service selling.
