Job Description

Job Title:

IMMIDIATE JOINER PREFFERED

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP).
Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
Ensure timely posting of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
Follow up on outstanding receivables from clients/customers.
Prepare vendor and customer account reconciliations.

Banking & Reconciliation

Manage bank deposits, payments, and fund transfers.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation statements.
Monitor cash flow and petty cash expenses.

Taxation & Compliance

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory returns preparation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries.
Support management in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Highlight discrepancies, variances, and suggest corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, MS Excel).
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
