Job Description

Key Responsibilities

AR/AP/AI Closeout & Reconciliation:
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable, payable, and accrued income.
Accrual Management:
Track and validate income recognition aligned with project milestones.
Monthly Financial Reviews:
Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports; identify KPIs and trends.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Support strategic planning through data-driven forecasts and variance analysis.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to internal controls, tax regulations, and financial policies.
ERP & Reporting Tools:
Use financial software and Excel for automation, dashboards, and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with non-finance teams to ensure accurate financial inputs and reporting.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Desirable:

Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance.

Familiarity with financial modelling and automation tools.
