Job Summary:
The Collection Officer is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients or customers. They play a critical role in ensuring the company receives timely payments, resolving account discrepancies, and maintaining positive relationships with clients while enforcing payment terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone, email, or in person to follow up on overdue payments.
Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely debt recovery in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities in the system.
Investigate and resolve any disputes or billing issues with customers.
Monitor aging reports and prioritize accounts based on severity of delinquency.
Recommend accounts for further action such as legal proceedings or write-offs when necessary.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Legal) to resolve complex cases.
Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and trends.
Ensure compliance with financial laws and internal credit policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
