Job Description

1.Accounts Executive

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including voucher entries, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required.

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 13 years of relevant accounting experience

  • Proficiency in Tally (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
  • Good command of MS Excel.

2. Senior Accounts Executive -

  • Oversee overall accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Supervise accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on accounting experience

  • Expert-level proficiency in Tally (mandatory).

  • Strong working knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Leadership skills with ability to mentor junior staff.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
