Job Description for Fresher Job Roles and Responsibilities Ø Start Accounting journey with listing, posting, and data entry. Ø Ideal candidate required to prepare draft accounts, and will be responsible for day to day bookkeeping tasks. Ø Candidate will be doing bank reconciliation, and preparation of VAT. Ø Doing bookkeeping on daily/monthly/weekly basis. Pre-requisite for this job role Ø Education qualification B. Com, M. Com, Inter CA, CA, ACCA, CMA Ø Must have basic accounting knowledge. Ø Should have good command over excel, and MS Office softwares. Ø Eager to learn and adapt in UK Accounting environment. Job Description for Experienced Job Roles and Responsibilities Ø Ideal candidate should be able to prepare yearend accounts, VAT returns, management accounts and manage at least one person under his/her supervision. Ø Need to do bookkeeping work and review of bookkeeping done by others. Ø Need to provide continuous on the job training to freshers. Ø E-mail communication with clients. Pre-requisite for this job role Ø Candidate must have up to 2 years of experience in KPO industry. Ø Ability to handle questions/query raised by freshers. Ø Software knowledge like XERO, Sage, CCH, Quick book, dext etc. is must. Ø Well-versed with MS office, Outlook email and UK HMRC. Ø Good command over English language in terms of writing and communicating over emails. Show more Show less
