Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, financial forecasting, IPO validation, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and vendor payments. This role requires strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholder Key Responsibilities Budget & Forecasting: Develop and monitor financial budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives. IPO Validation: Support financial due diligence and validation processes related to Initial Public Offerings (IPO). MIS Reporting: Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for informed decision-making. Cash Flow Management: Track and manage the inflow and outflow of cash to maintain liquidity and optimize financial planning. Vendor Payment Management: Oversee vendor payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial policies. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial reviews, identify trends, and provide insights for cost optimization. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA preferred). years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Strong understanding of IPO processes and financial validation. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
