The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and On boarding Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate employee on boarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Employee Relations Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends to enhance employee retention. HR Operations Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Prepare and analyze HR reports, such as turnover rates and employee engagement metrics. Policy and Compliance Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company standards. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
