We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
Prepare and reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding balances
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure accurate record-keeping of bills, expenses, and supporting documents
Coordinate with internal teams for billing, payments, and documentation
Support audits by providing required data and records

Taxation & Compliance Responsibilities

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely compliance
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings (returns & challans)
Maintain statutory records related to PF, ESI, and Professional Tax
Coordinate with consultants and authorities for compliance matters

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST & TDS mandatory)
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹11,026.10 - ₹29,322.75 per month
