Account Executive

Job Description :

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by analyzing account data.
• Document financial transactions, including invoicing, credit management, accounts clearing, and collections.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Summarize financial status to provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure regular database backups and adherence to internal controls for financial data protection.
• Manage and document monthly tax filings (e.g., GST) in line with regulations.
• Ensure timely completion of tax obligations.
• Verify payment documentation and request disbursements.
• Research and interpret accounting policies and regulations to address procedure inquiries.
• Stay updated with national, state, and local financial legal requirements.
• Advise management on actions needed to comply with financial regulations.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize financial data to prepare special reports.
• Recommend financial actions based on analysis of accounting options.
• Reconcile discrepancies in financial records by identifying and resolving issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and protect the company’s financial information.
• in-depth knowledge of taxation norms related to GST, imports, exports, etc

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

(Master's degree or professional qualifications such as inter CA or CA preferred).

• Experience needed - minimum 3 - 4 years.
• Good Knowldge of Accounting - Tally Software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
