Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage accounting operations, bill generation, bank file preparation, and taxation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, GST compliance, and Direct & Indirect Taxation while ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting. Accountant with hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations and working knowledge of TDS & GST compliance. Key Responsibilities:  E-Tax Invoice Creation  Sales Bookings and Purchases Bookings  Cash & Petty Cash Booking  Bank Payment and Bank Receipt Book Maintenance  Expense Entry & Journal Entries  Debit Notes & Credit Notes Handling  New Asset & Liability Booking  Basic knowledge of TDS & GST Entries  Assist in general accounting and compliance-related tasks Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. Prepare bank files for payments, reconciliations, and transactions. Work on Tally for accounting entries, taxation, and report generation. Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax laws.
