1.Accounts Executive

Job Description:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping, vendor bills, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare GST workings, support in GST returns, and maintain GST-related documentation.
• Assist in TDS calculations, payments, and quarterly TDS return filings.
• Prepare financial statements, ledgers, and support the CA team in audits.
• Maintain client accounts, follow up for documents, and ensure timely updates in accounting software.
• Support in month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare basic MIS reports.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in handling financial records.

2.Accounts Executive (Real Estate exp. is Mandatory)

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 3+ Years

Industry: Real Estate

Job Description:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including billing, receipts, vendor payments, and bank entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor reconciliation and customer outstanding follow-ups.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations and maintain accurate daily bookkeeping records.
• Prepare GST workings, TDS calculations, and support in monthly statutory filings.
• Maintain project-wise accounting, cost allocation, and revenue tracking specific to the real estate sector.
• Manage documentation for agreements, registrations, property bookings, and client payment schedules.
• Coordinate with sales, site, and finance teams for collection updates and project-related financial data.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updating of all financial records.

Mandatory Requirement:

• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience in the Real Estate industry.

• Strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
