Account Director

You are a proactive and organized Account Director responsible for leading operations and coordination for a large-scale political communication project. Your passion for planning, timelines, and stakeholder management will drive impactful work at the intersection of governance, media, and citizen engagement. You will manage a large team to deliver on social media mandates and listening tasks. You should have 8-10 years of experience and will be required to work from the office. Proficiency in Punjabi language and culture is essential for interpreting client inputs, along with proficiency in Hindi and English for day-to-day communication and collaboration. Your key responsibilities include brand development and building, crafting citizen outreach programs, co-creating briefs with creative teams, utilizing social listening for actionable ideas, recommending campaigns tailored for the local audience, creating project plans, managing deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, overseeing operations, ensuring compliance, conducting quality checks, managing risk, and reporting project performance to senior leadership. As the central point of contact between internal teams and the client, you will manage expectations, approvals, alignment, and relationships with multiple stakeholders. You will also track project progress, resolve issues, conduct status meetings, maintain trackers, generate progress reports, manage billing processes, ensure compliance with standards, and develop mitigation plans for project risks.
