As a Key Account Manager in the Ed-Tech domain with a focus on the US Market (specifically K12), you will play a crucial role in understanding market dynamics and developing strategies to cater to evolving customer needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Anticipating customer needs and translating insights into internal strategies to drive business growth. - Designing impactful solutions tailored to customer challenges with a cross-functional approach. - Providing proactive business insights to strengthen customer market position and drive revenue expansion. - Overseeing project execution, ensuring seamless delivery, and maintaining profitability through account mining and opportunity creation. - Building and maintaining relationships with customers at all levels, from operational stakeholders to the C-suite. - Managing key relationships and cross-functional alignment to inspire internal teams and maximize value creation. - Balancing time and priorities effectively to coordinate internal activities and external engagements. Key Accountabilities: - Deepening and expanding customer relationships across key accounts. - Collaborating with sales to unlock new revenue streams. - Partnering with delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. - Achieving defined growth targets within assigned verticals. You will be expected to consult on key team and leadership changes impacting delivery, as well as major client feedback.
