Account Director - Client Servicing

You will be responsible for developing and nurturing favorable business relationships with clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working with clients to develop event marketing and communication plans - Understanding client briefs and developing event strategies that align with client objectives and budget - Gathering research, spearheading ideation with creative teams, and developing and delivering pitch presentations - Serving as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded - Managing all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, and AV production in coordination with creative and production teams - Creating detailed event timelines, budgets, and project plans, and managing all logistics related to events, including setup and teardown - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure all event deliverables, materials, collateral, and promotional items are produced and delivered on time - Managing onsite event execution, overseeing all event staff, and handling any issues or concerns that arise - Conducting post-event evaluations and debriefs with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Overseeing multiple client events and being able to recognize, solve, or neutralize potential issues or conflicts Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate or MBA - Experience of 6 to 8 years in the Events Industry only,
