Account Delivery Executive - Capital Markets & Insurance

Role Overview: You will be serving as the Account Delivery Executive for Capital Markets and Insurance clients, being their trusted advisor to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives across service lines. Your strategic role involves a 2-in-a-box positioning with the Global Account Executive, requiring a combination of client management, technical expertise, project management skills, and business development acumen to drive delivery-led growth within the account. Your focus will be on providing an elevated delivery experience and assuring the right delivery solutions profitably. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure delivery excellence by providing solution assurance and working with the Global Account Executive to create new transformation agendas for clients - Institutionalize delivery approach across service lines in the account and support delivery excellence programs/initiatives for superior margins and client satisfaction - Act as the Client Trusted Advisor from an execution standpoint, lead cross-/upsell services, and drive delivery-led growth by leveraging Wipro's capabilities - Support the Change request process across Service Lines, manage key customer relationships, and track delivery escalation and resolution - Represent One Wipro Delivery view to the customer and the Global Account Executive, owning end-to-end accountability for customer transformation/program outcomes - Lead and manage overall delivery for the account, drive account-level forecasts, workforce strategy planning, and execution Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering (minimum), MBA is desirable - Specialization & Work Experience: 15+ years of experience in managing large multi-disciplined delivery globally, with Go-to-Market experience being desirable - Must possess excellent client engagement and problem-solving skills, experienced in at least one or two Service Line offerings (Apps or Infra or Engineering) - Key Engagements Led/Supported: Managed execution of large transformation program for a global client, experienced in at least one or two Service Line offerings,
