Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Coordinator located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with retailers, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. The role involves analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions, effectively communicating with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Account Management and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Should be able to generate Invoice, verify invoice.
• Should be able to get enteries done on day to day basis.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the e-commerce or jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
