Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Coordinator, located in Mumbai. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Daily tasks include customer service, addressing client needs, maintaining communication with clients, and providing support for all account-related activities. The role requires collaboration with various departments to achieve client objectives and deliver exceptional service.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data analysis
  • Account Management and Customer Service experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Bachelor&aposs degree is preferred
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
