Account Associate

Role Overview: As a Project Manager at Zeta Global, you will lead projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and monitoring each stage of a project. You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and third-party providers. Additionally, you will delegate tasks to team members, ensure targets are met, and report to senior management and other stakeholders. Your typical projects may involve reviewing, aggregating, and reconciling data, identifying areas of improvement across internal teams and client teams, and working towards the introduction and/or innovation of products and processes. You will track progress on cross-team/client initiatives over extended durations while holding contributors accountable. Collaboration with several Zeta Activation teams including sales, professional services, product, engineering, data cloud, and clients will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead projects from initiation to completion - Plan, execute, and monitor each stage of a project - Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and third-party providers - Delegate tasks to team members - Ensure targets are met - Report to senior management and other stakeholders - Review, aggregate, and reconcile data - Identify areas of improvement across teams - Work towards the introduction and/or innovation of products and processes - Track progress on cross-team/client initiatives - Hold contributors accountable Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of experience as a project manager or coordinator - Skilled in Microsoft Office programs - Ability to use Microsoft Excel and SQL to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts - General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes, and information flow - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to collaborate with several teams and be compatible with different personality types - Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances Please Note: Zeta Global is a data-powered marketing technology company that combines a proprietary data set with Artificial Intelligence to help clients drive business growth through personalized experiences.
