Position Overview:

The Accounts Associate will support the Accounts team in day-to-day accounting work, maintain accurate financial records, assist with payments and collections, support statutory compliance, and ensure proper documentation for smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting entries and records
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities
• Prepare and update invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Assist in bank reconciliation statements
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation
• Assist during audits and verification processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn
