Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant, located in Jaipur. The Account Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including handling accounts, overseeing petty cash transactions, and assisting with credit control processes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining thorough records, providing administrative support, and effectively communicating with team members to ensure accurate and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance operations, billing, and reconciliations

• Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and workshop teams

• Manage inventory records, documentation, and MIS reporting

• Support store operations and client order processing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration

• 1–3 years of experience in finance or operations

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial documentation

• Strong communication and organisational skills
