Responsibilities: * Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records. * Processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents. * Reconciling bank statements and other accounts. * Preparing financial reports and summaries as required. * Supporting the senior accounting staff with various tasks. * Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. * Communicating effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters. * Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Proven experience (1-2 years) in an accounting or finance support role is preferred. * Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
