Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Proven experience (1-2 years) in an accounting or finance support role is preferred. * Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
