Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Vadodara

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Posting and recording of banking entries in the accounting system
Preparation and reconciliation of bank accounts on a regular basis
Posting and verification of expense invoices
Updating and maintaining Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO)
Application of payments and receipts against Purchase Invoices and Sales Invoices
Coordination with internal departments and external parties for required documents and clarifications
Ensuring timely and accurate accounting entries as per company policies
Assisting in audits, month-end closing, and other accounting activities
Handling any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management or finance team

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes
Experience in bank reconciliation and invoice processing
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

B.Com / M.Com with 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Prior experience in corporate accounting or finance department preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
