Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account and Tax Manager located in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. The Account and Tax Manager will oversee tax planning, tax compliance, and tax preparation processes, ensuring adherence to tax regulations. They will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax filings, analyzing financial data, and managing all tax-related activities to optimize financial strategies. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on changes in tax laws and providing guidance to clients and team members as necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation
• Proficiency in Tax Law and familiarity with taxation principles and practices
• Analytical skills to assess financial data and develop effective tax strategies
• Ability to ensure company and client adherence to local, regional, and international tax regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and a CPA or related certification is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant accounting and tax software and tools is an added advantage
