Role Description: US Tax Manager having Knowledge of International Forms

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tax Manager. The position is based in Mumbai and or Ahmedabad with some work from home acceptable. The Tax Manager will be responsible for preparing and reviewing US tax returns, tax compliance, and ensuring adherence to tax laws. Coordination with his / her team and guiding them for complex tax positions.

Qualifications

• CPA with 3 years of experience in US Taxation
• Experience with Tax Preparation and understanding of Tax Law more particularly related to International forms like, 8621, 8858, 8865, 1116, 8833, 5471, 5472
• Ability to interpret and apply Tax regulations with respect to US Tax Treaties with other countries
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Strong adherence to dailly target
