Job Details Position: Accountant & Tax Manager Location: Baner, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Fresher to join our team as Accountant & Tax Manager. This role will provide hands-on exposure to statutory audits, tax compliance, and accounting functions, offering an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in both direct and indirect taxation. You will work closely with senior professionals and gain practical experience in client advisory and compliance management. Key Responsibilities Assist in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and GST Audit of clients under senior guidance Support in managing Direct & Indirect Taxation work including TDS and Advance Tax compliance Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for Individuals, Firms, Companies, and LLPs Assist in accounting and finalization of books of accounts Help in annual secretarial compliances for Private Limited companies Support in transactional advisory assignments Coordinate with clients for data collection and query resolution Assist in tax and statutory audits ensuring accuracy and compliance Qualifications Experience: 2–4 years in a CA firm (recent experience preferred) Education: CA dropouts are also encouraged to apply Skills Required Basic to intermediate knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax Understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Tally or other accounting software Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional work environment
